Back2Back Ministries does our best to provide the highest quality services as part
of our ministry. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we are confident that you will
find your donation, mission trip participation or other involvement meets your expectations.
Pledges, Donations, Sponsorships are non-refundable. Mission trip payments are refundable
as outlined in the mission trip contract.
Checks, bank drafts, and other payments are
assessed a $30 fee if they are returned unpaid for any reason.
For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please
contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have
and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part.
